Commercially, Eagle Bend has developed property to build CVS
Pharmacies; Conoco convenient stores; and fast-food chains,
including Kentucky Fried Chicken and a Krystal from Athens, TN
to Walterboro, S.C. The
old adage hold true: Successfully developing property is all
about location, Davis says.
"That is one reason our
business has grown like it has, because of the location of our
developments," he adds.
Eagle Bend also has pioneered
in areas such as Strawberry Plains in anticipation of retail or
residential growth.
