Since 1997 Scott W. Davis has been President/Owner of Eagle Bend Development located in Knoxville, Tennessee. Scott is the third generation President of Eagle Bend which was founded in 1956 by Scott’s Grandfather Herbert W. Davis.
Eagle Bend has developed more than 70 single family residential subdivisions and apartment complexes consisting of over 6,000 home sites, which makes Eagle Bend the largest residential development company in East Tennessee.
